Simon has been qualified over 25 years and is an internationally renowned educator and clinician. He has worked as an NHS manager, Clinical Lead, Advanced Practitioner and Honorary Consultant in Lower limb Biomechanics.

Simon created and leads BAPO’s MSK Foot & Ankle education programme for qualified Orthotists. He has lectured at numerous national and international conferences and is responsible for education, product development and research and development at Talarmade.
Simon has significant experience treating adults and children with musculoskeletal and neurological problems. He also has significant experience treating elite athletes, footballers and cricketers.
Adam Horrocks graduated from Salford University in 2010 as a Prosthetist/ Orthotist and has spent the last decade working in a variety of orthotic clinical and operational settings.
He joined Talarmade in 2017 as a Clinical Specialist Orthotist. In additional to his clinical expertise, Adam manages the clinical team at Talarmade and in 2019 successfully completed a Masters module run by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapist in Leadership and Change Management.
Adam delivers education programmes around the UK on adult and paediatric biomechanics, AFO design, MSK foot and ankle conditions, Orthotic prescription writing and has delivered material science educational programs around the UK and in Germany.
Clinically Adam specialises in adult and paediatric musculo-skeletal and neurological condition management. Adam has a keen interest in sport and injury rehabilitation competing himself in triathlon, endurance running and cycling events.
Having graduated from the University of Salford in 2016, Esmé has worked within a number of different NHS Trusts assessing for, fitting and supplying orthoses to patients with a vast array of presentations. She love’s the variety that comes with orthotics but has a particular interests in stroke and patient’s effective rehabilitation, orthopaedic footwear and supporting those with learning disabilities. Esmé prides herself on her ability to listen and hear the struggles her patient’s face, with the aim to collectively work together to achieve personal goals.
