Common
Conditions

The most common soft tissues injured are muscles, tendons, and ligaments. These injuries often occur during sports and exercise activities, but sometimes simple everyday activities can cause an injury. Below we list some of these common conditions.

What is Plantar Fasciitis?

Plantar fasciitis is a disorder of the plantar fascia, a connective tissue that supports the foot’s arch and results in pain in the heel and bottom of the foot. This can be really painful, especially with your first steps of the day or following rest.  Plantar pain can come on gradually and can affect both feet.

Plantar fasciitis can resolve over time however if rest is insufficient and you are still suffering from heel pain then exercise, shockwave therapy or orthotic insoles may be required.
